I. Product Return Instructions
- If there is a warranty demand, you need to generate a product return application form online on the website. After the application form is reviewed and approved, please send the problematic product to the mall after-sales department according to the prompts within 24 hours, and enter the delivery receipt into your return application form. If you fail to do so within the deadline, it will be deemed that you have given up the return and the system will automatically delete the return application form. Considering the safety and timeliness of transportation, please choose ordinary express (excluding EMS and cash on delivery) to send the problematic product back to our after-sales department.
- After the product is returned, the mall will use express delivery or EMS to return it to the customer free of charge; if the customer chooses to pick up the returned product at home, the deadline is within 15 days from the date of notification. If the returned product is not picked up within the deadline, the mall will have the right to deal with it on its own.
A. General Principles of Warranty and Return and Exchange:
- The products sold in the mall are all genuine and come with invoices. With the invoice of the mall, all products can enjoy the manufacturer’s national warranty service. The mall will strictly follow the national three guarantees policy to fulfill the obligations of warranty, exchange and return for the goods sold.
- Within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt), if there is a functional failure specified in the national three guarantees, you can choose to return, exchange or repair after the manufacturer’s designated or special after-sales service center confirms that the failure is true; within the 8th to 15th day, you can choose to exchange or repair; more than 15 days and within the warranty period, you can only enjoy free repair service within the warranty period. In order not to delay your use and shorten the repair time of faulty products, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer’s after-sales service center directly for processing.
- Due to the customer’s mistaken purchase, multiple purchases, or dissatisfaction with the product, the customer can apply for a return if the product itself is in good performance, brand new, and has complete related accessories, and does not affect our company’s second sale. The return fee must be deducted from the return fee, which is 10% of the return price. The freight is borne by the customer. For out-of-town customers, please submit a return application online within 2 natural days from the date the customer receives the goods, and after approval by our company, the goods will be shipped within 24 hours.
B. Warranty and return and exchange requirements and scope
- Any products not sold by the mall (serial number does not match) are not within the scope of return and exchange;
- For the warranty of out-of-warranty products (products beyond the three-guarantee warranty period), the mall will not accept it, and users can choose paid repairs;
- Product quality problems caused by unauthorized repair stations or improper use, tearing, alteration of labels, machine serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting marks, severe physical and chemical damage to the product surface including severe scratches, dents, deformation, rust, corrosion, or product damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning strikes, high grid voltage, aging lines, etc.) are not within the scope of return and exchange and warranty services;
- The mall does not provide return and exchange services if the outer packaging, accessories, and instructions of the product are incomplete, or any of the warranty sheets and invoices are missing or altered;
- Non-product quality issues, such as compatibility issues, dissatisfaction with color, appearance, shape, etc., are not quality issues and are not within the scope of return and exchange services;
- Normal wear and tear of products is not within the scope of return and exchange services;
C. Warranty and return and exchange instructions
- In order to ensure that you can fully enjoy the after-sales warranty service provided by the manufacturer, regardless of whether you need to issue an invoice, we will issue it for you with the order. The invoice content defaults to the full name of the product you ordered, and the invoice content cannot be modified. If the invoice content issued does not match the name of the purchased product, resulting in the inability to provide warranty, the mall is not responsible. Provide the original invoice when returning the product.
- Within 15 days of receiving the product, if the product has quality problems, please go to the manufacturer’s after-sales service center or repair station for inspection and issue a test report. If the test report confirms that it is a quality problem, then return the test report, the problem product and the complete packaging accessories to our company for return and exchange procedures. If there is any damage or loss, we will not be able to handle it.
- When repairing, you need to provide the corresponding problem product, warranty card and mall warranty certificate (or copy). If one of them is lost, the mall will not be able to accurately determine your detailed information and the fault of the problem product. The mall will suspend processing until you contact the mall and re-fill out the return application form. The mall does not assume any responsibility for the time delay and inconvenience caused by this, and the mall will not bear the shipping costs incurred by the customer’s missing items.
- The mall product pictures and information are for reference only. Due to problems such as shooting lighting and color difference of different monitors, there may be color differences between the pictures of the problem products and the actual products. Everything is subject to the actual product. Therefore, the problems caused are not within the scope of return and exchange service.
- For products purchased with gift cards, when a return occurs, the gift card payment portion will be returned to the card and will not be redeemed.
Second, service time limit, maintenance cycle
- National warranty, unified online repair, online response. During the product warranty period, you only need to log in to our website www.bncfai.com to submit the online repair application form, and our staff will review and confirm as soon as possible and guide you to follow-up processing.
- 5 days × 8 hours work system. The mall after-sales service working hours are: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day. (Except statutory holidays)
- Hotline consultation service During the product warranty period, if you have after-sales questions during the use of the product, you are welcome to call our customer service hotline: 400-12345678. If your area does not support 400 telephone, please call the ordinary relay number 0755-12345678. Our customer service staff will answer you enthusiastically.
- Return processing cycle Return processing cycle, from the date of receipt of the problematic goods within 7 days; exchange processing cycle, from the date of receipt of the problematic goods within 3 working days; normal repair processing cycle, from the date of receipt of the problematic goods within 5 working days.
- Holiday service description. During the national statutory holidays such as New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, and National Day, the after-sales service center of some brand manufacturers postpones the provision of services, and the return time is also extended accordingly.
The mall adheres to the principle of “customer first, integrity first” and “make shopping simple and happy!” as our ultimate goal to provide customers with the best quality products and services. The products and accessories we sell may have a certain probability of failure due to logistics reasons. Therefore, the mall does not guarantee that all the products sold will fail during use, but we guarantee that the products sold are brand new and authentic, and can provide formal after-sales guarantee. We guarantee the quality of the goods. If you doubt the quality of the purchased goods, please provide a written appraisal issued by the relevant national departments, and we will handle it in accordance with national laws. However, the mall reserves the right to pursue legal liability for any fraudulent behavior. The mall reserves the right to interpret these rules.
III. Warranty Policy Description
- Warranty Provisions
According to the national “Three Guarantees Law” and relevant regulations, the end user’s whole machine is under warranty for one year (from the date of invoice issuance), and will be returned within 7 days if there are quality problems, and replaced within 15 days if there are quality problems. - Warranty Description
The whole machine accessories, manuals, and packaging are not covered by the warranty. The invoice and warranty card are the only warranty certificates for the end user. If they are missing or altered, the warranty will be deemed invalid. - Warranty will be deemed invalid if the following conditions occur
A. The product is not within the warranty period;
B. The product has no functional failures found after testing;
C. The product surface is peeling, broken or defective;
D. The product surface is seriously physically and chemically damaged, including serious scratches, dents, deformation, rust, corrosion, etc.;
E. The product is damaged by force majeure, or functional failure caused by unauthorized modification, etc.;
F. Damage caused by other human or external factors (such as lightning strikes, excessive grid voltage, aging lines, etc.).
